"I found a extreamly high of customer service and a goodly effort to make sure that I was up and surfing in a fast manner.... The dial up connection is at 45.333 but with my old 450mhz and such I have had a change of web pages just a second or two longer than cable on an 1.2 mhz machine... Overall risp.biz is more than what most can expect from a cheap but cost effective isp.... I choose them first of all because of getting to pay by paypal and NOW find out their service is excellent... is an added plus....
